Significant Growth Has Been Made of Aerospace System Journal in The Past Years

 

The Aerospace System (AS) Journal, a highly respected scholarly publication in the field of aerospace engineering, has announced significant growth and progress in the past years. The following are some of the outstanding achievements of the journal in 2022-2023. 

 

Expansion on Editorial Board

The AS Journal has expanded its editorial board by adding 10 new members and bringing the total number of editorial board members to 41. The expansion was done to enhance the diversity of research areas and geographic locations of the editorial board members, thereby ensuring a broader and more representative perspective in the review process.

 

Open Access Initiative

In line with the trend towards open access publishing, the AS Journal has opened access to a batch of articles with funding support for long-term open access. In addition, 10 articles with high quality published in the past 2 years have been selected for free reading for one month. These initiatives have resulted in a significant increase in downloads and readership of AS journal.

 

Growth in Downloads and Readership

Thanks to the open access initiative and the high quality of the articles published, the AS Journal has seen significant growth in downloads and readership. In 2022, a sharply increase of downloads to 112% compared with 2021, and the first quarter of 2023 showed a 153.9% year-on-year increase.
