     From May 16 to 17, the 51st Sports Meet of Shanghai Jiao Tong University was grandly held. Faculty and students of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics united in purpose, charged forward, and used the arena as a launch pad and their hard work as a propelling force. With their sweat, they embodied the speed of aerospace, showcasing their vibrant, spirited, and uplifting character.

 

Opening Ceremony Highlights

     The School of Aeronautics and Astronautics formation marched in with the momentum of a rocket launch and the precision of a satellite entering orbit. Every step resonated with the rhythm of the aerospace community! With high morale, they sprinted full speed toward the "sea of stars" of the sports arena!

 

 

Team Events
      In the collective events that tested understanding and collaboration, the aerospace faculty and students were firing on all cylinders! Planks were held as steady as towers, laser shooting was as accurate as stargazing, and the long rope relay was as synchronized as a bowstring. Even more impressively, they clinched first place in the faculty soccer shooting competition!

 

 

 

Individual Events

      On the field, we witnessed not only team collaboration but also individual breakthroughs and shining moments. In the fiercely competitive finals, the aerospace faculty and students delivered a brilliant set of results, drawing on their exceptional physical fitness and tenacious perseverance!

Heartwarming Behind-the-Scenes


      Off the field, a group of quietly dedicated individuals also shone brightly. The volunteer team from the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics built a solid "safety line" for the event. They left early and returned late, dividing tasks and cooperating seamlessly. From preparing supplies and maintaining order to providing drinking water and medical support, every link in the chain was efficient and orderly, and every detail was warm and thoughtful.

      At the 51st Sports Meet, the faculty and students of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics not only achieved excellent results in the competitive events but also, through their collaboration and dedication, demonstrated the aerospace spirit of being rigorous, realistic, and courageously striving for excellence. In the future, the aerospace community will carry the passion and glory from the arena forward, continuing to advance bravely on the track of scientific research, and heading toward our own vast sky with high morale!
