Responsible for the college's student affairs, alumni relations, publicity work, disciplinary inspection, and trade union work, as well as ideological and political education for doctoral students in the college.

1. Responsible for the ideological and political education of undergraduate students in the academy.

2. Serve as the student Party building instructor, overseeing student Party building work.

3. Handle scholarship and financial aid evaluation tasks.

4. Manage promotional work for the academy's Student Affairs Office.

5. Coordinate undergraduate student safety and stability efforts.

6. Oversee the academy's conscription and military training tasks.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Responsible for handling the school's scholarship, diligence awards, financial aid, and student loan affairs;

2. In charge of publicity work for the school’s Student Affairs Office;

3. Assist in the ideological and political education work for doctoral classes;

4. Support the school’s alumni relations and donation-related tasks;
