Instructionally related activity

  • Developed and taught two core courses, Fatigue and Fracture of Aircraft materials and Structures and Introduction to mechanics of composite materials.

Scholarly and creative activities

  • Conducted research in fatigue and damage tolerance of aircraft structures.
  • Since 2006, the research on damage tolerance of composites has been funded by the National Science Foundation of China.
  • Since 2019, the research on fatigue of composites with damages has been funded by the Aeronautical Science Foundation of China.
