SAA took part in a summer social activity

6 students from aeronautical and astronautically academy took part in a summer social activity which had the slogan Get In The Aeronautical City And Achieve Your Dream held by Chinese Aeronautical Industry from July 14th to15th 2011.During the two-day-long activity, students visited 3 companies including, The First Design Institution Of Chinese Aeronautical Industry, The Airplane Company With Limited Liability In Xi`an and The Test Flight Center Of Chinese Aeronautical Industry.

The opening ceremony was held at The First Design Institution Of Chinese Aeronautical Industry on July 14th.During the ceremony,theachers and students watched the documentary The Glory Of The Past 60 Years with the leaders from related departments, recalling the history and the remarkable achievements during that period. Later on, the chief designer of the Fighter 7 and the Flying Leopard Changhong Tang delivered a brilliant speech titled The Key Techniques Of Large Aircraft.

Students visited The First Design Institution Of Chinese Aeronautical Industry in the afternoon.

Teachers and students paid a visit to The Airplane Company With Limited Liability In Xi`an on 15th,going through The Numerical Control And Fabrication Center, a assembling plant for fighters and The 601th Plant with international cooperation.

In the last part of the activity, a symposium for the teachers and students was held by the company. In the evening, the teachers and students went to Xi`an Engine Industry and watched the movie Daguan Wu`s calm and obsession throughout his whole life strengthened students` determination to fight for their Aeronautical career and devote themselves to our beloved country.
